		<description>Dear Johnson and Johnson,

I have seen many, MANY defective products before, but NEVER have I seen a defective toothbrush, until this morning. We have been using Reach brushes for as long as I can remember but never have had one in which the outler layer slivered and started to come off. As a matter of fact, when I started brushing, I scratched my mouth.
Have you ever had or heard about that problem before? I&#039;m anxious to see what you have to say.
Thank you in advance for your reply.
